Who dat gonna be QB for them Bears?

Well. Another team, another no-brainer.

It seems that the bears finally realized that Rex Grossman wasn't the QB to lead their offense. Thank god they finally understood what the rest of the world has known for about a year. Griese has been playing better since taking over but not good enough to be their franchise guy. My guess is that Griese will play next season (unless they sign Vinny Testaverde ;)) while they are preparing their first round QB for life as a NFL starter.

Yes, the bears will choose a QB in the first round of the 2008 draft. Who it'll be? Depends on how bad they play this year, but my guess is that when they get on the clock at least two of the three best QB's (Ryan, Woodson and Brohm) will be off the board and they will have to settle for the remaining one. If they play to good this year all three may be gone which means that they'd probably have to settle for someone like Colt Brennan or John David Booty (Booty hasn't been playing all that well this year and is, as of now injured whilst his backup is playing good for USC). If they have to take Brennan or Booty some where in between picks 20-28 it will probably be a bit of a reach.

Let us just hope, for their owns good, that they play bad enough to get one of the best QB's of the year's class.
